If macOS Monterey 12.3 is available before our release of the fixed printer drivers, we would recommend our customers to wait the macOS upgrading. We plan to release the improved version of Mac OS X printer drivers in the middle of March 2022. Mac OS X printer drivers currently available do not support macOS Monterey 12.3. Please note that we confirmed the PostScript drivers works properly without this issue. The symptom is caused by our printer drivers for Mac OS X currently available for our products. Note This symptom is found on macOS Monterey 12.3 Beta as of Mahence, the symptom may change after the final release of macOS Monterey 12.3.We confirmed by our testing that the print jobs cannot be proceeded as they are not sent to the printer after they are stored in the print spooler on Mac OS X when you use our current Mac OS X printer drivers in the upgraded environment to macOS Monterey 12.3.
